Due to the current COVID crisis I am now offering online video and telephone sessions and individual supervision sessions. You are welcome to contact me for an initial telephone discussion on using this way of working.

I run a meditation group and use mindfulness techniques, which are helpful in the normal stresses of life, depression and anxiety, as well as spiritual practice.  This runs at Langford (at the surgery) between 12 – 1pm during term time.
